Marlon Coto was the general contractor for our project which entailed a full kitchen remodel, popcorn ceiling removal, installation of recessed lighting and HVAC replacement. The project took 10 weeks and involved four work crews and ultimately came in under $40K.
    We are extremely pleased with how Marlon, kept us up-to-date of each stage of the project and within the budget and timeline quoted. Throughout the course of the renovation, Marlon was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project.
